In January-June Severstal supplied Russian construction companies with 2.717 million tons of metal products, up by 7% YoY.
Severstal metal is used in construction of the largest infrastructure projects. In particular the group has delivered some 40 thousand tons of rolled metal for the construction of all 12 stadiums hosting the World Cup.
In spring Severstal delivered polymer-coated rolled metal for the construction of the Dream Isle amusement park in Moscow. Long-time partner of Severstal – Teplant – won the tender to supply sandwich-panels. While Severstal Steel Decisions delivered 2.3 thousand tons of metal structures. (Ukrainian metal)
