Fintest Trading Co. Ltd (Cyprus), owning 100% of Donetskstal, has sold some 25% of its shares to each of Metinvest BV, Atlanta Ltd., Misandyco Holdings Ltd. and Treimur Investments Ltd. and has ceased being the company shareholder.
As the result of the sale of shares on the secondary market to the third parties the Fintest stake in Donetskstal dropped to zero.
Donetskstal was created in 2002 on the basis of the blast furnace and open-hearth furnace shops of Donetsk Iron and Steel Works. (Ukrainian metal)
