MMK has delivered a trial batch of metal to Turkey via railroad Magnitogorsk – Baku – Tbilisi – Kars.
Now the company is negotiating with Azerbaijani ADY Express the ways to supply up to 250 thousand tons of metal per year via this route.
4 containers with the total weight of 120 tons have been delivered to MMK Metalurji. The train covered the distance of 5 thousand km in 17 days.
Up until now MMK metal has been delivered to MMK Metalurji by sea through the port of Novorossiysk and it took 30 days to cover the distance of 6 thousand km. (Ukrainian metal)
