In 10 year Kazakhstan has invested 1.4 trillion tenge in the development of gold deposits.

According to the Committee on geology and subsoil use, the state balance of natural resources has 343 gold deposits.

The country occupies the 14th place in the world on confirmed and industrial reserves of gold.

Last year Kazakhstan produced 85 tons of gold.

Increase is expected due to the use of rusty gold deposits, like Bakyrchyk and Bolshevik, as well as deposits with low gold contents and discovering new deposits. (Ukrainian metal)
