Metalloinvest will construct the site of hot-rolled metal heat-treatment at OEMK.
The capacity of the complex will be 70 thousand tons of high-quality bars (SBQ).
Danieli will supply all the necessary machinery.
The cost of the project is 3 billion rubles with VAT.
The complex is expected to be commissioned in 2019-2020.
In 2017 Metalloinvest sold some 1 million tons of SBQ, up from 0.9 million tons in 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
