Severstal – Balakovo Bar Works has set another record of the average ladle steel smelting resistance. The record of 171 smeltings (with average being 128) was set in Q1. The new record has exceeded the previous of 121 smeltings, which was one of the best results for mini-mills. (Ukrainian metal)
