Vesco Limited (Cyprus) has replaced the supervisory boards at Vesco, Druzhkovka Mine Group and Ogneupornerud.
In particular, the office of UMG Investments CEO Andrei Gorokhov as a member of supervisory boards in all three companies has been prolonged from April 7 for 3 years.
Polina Sarnikova left the supervisory board, and was replaced by UMG sales director Sergey Melnichenko (from April 7 for 3 years).
Vesco Limited owns 100% of Vesco, Druzhkovka Mine Group and Ogneupornerud shares. (Ukrainian metal)
