The Verkhovna Rada Committee on industrial policy and entrepreneurship has approved the draft decree No. 8226 on amendments to the decree “On amendments to some decrees of Ukraine on the decrease of ferrous metals scrap shortage on the domestic market”.
“Ukrainian plants will have raw materials, army – weapon and machines, and Ukrainians – jobs and salary”, the committee chairman Victor Galasyuk said, commenting on the decision to approve the draft decree.
The draft decree No. 8226 registered on April 4 presupposes the prolongation of the so-called metal law and increase of the export duty of scrap to 42 euro per ton for 3 years. (Ukrainian metal)
