The court has ordered Valki-Ilmenit LLC to pay 5.92 million UAH to Irshansk Mining and Processing Works.
In particular, the fine itself amounts to 1.28 million UAH, annual interest to 848 thousand UAH and inflation payment is 3.79 million UAH.
The company will be paying this amount by installments (493 thousand UAH a month) till March 1, 2019.
IrGOK sued Valki-Ilmenit for unsatisfactory fulfillment of obligations under the contract in 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
