The Supreme Court of London has cancelled the prohibition to Crispian Investment of Roman Abramovich and Alexander Abramov, owning 6.3% in Norilsk Nickel, to sell some 4%.
Since February 16 Rusal has been struggling against the sell of Crispian share in Nornickel for $1.47 billion to Bonico Holdings, a Whiteleave company, claiming the breach of the major shareholders agreement infringement.
Rusal owns 27.8% in Nornickel, Interros – 30.47% and Crispian – 6.3%.
Now Rusal and Whiteleave will buy slightly less that 4% of Nornickel according to their shares.
Rusal share is expected to grow to 29.7% and that of Interros – to 32.5%. (Ukrainian metal)
