Delta LLC has acquired the property complex of the insolvent Rostov Coal Company LLC, a part of Zaporizhstal (Ukraine), for 50 million rubles.
The initial price was 309.9 million rubles.
Rostov Coal Company was created within the 6.9-billion rubles project to construct the Bystryanskaya 1-2 mine in Rostov region to supply cheap blast furnace coke to Zaporizhstal.
In April 2015 it was declared insolvent. (Ukrainian metal)
