ChTPZ was the first in Russia to develop cold-deformed pipes for internal combustion engines.
The manufacture has been started at Pervouralsky Pipe Works.
The pipes with the outer diameter of 8 mm and inner diameter of 3 mm made of high-quality low-alloyed steel will be used in diesel engines of the Common Rail type.
The main customers are enterprises of automobile and shipbuilding industries, as well as transport machine-building. The first customer was Altai Works of Precision Wares.
ChTPZ share in pipe sales to Russian automobile manufacturers is around 60%. (Ukrainian metal)
