In November Russia produced 6.025 million tons of steel, up by 1.4% YoY, but down from 6.225 million tons in October. In 11 months steel output totaled 66.453 million tons, up by 2.9% YoY.

Ukraine decreased steel output in November by 4.9% YoY, to 1.85 million tons (1.91 million tons in October). In January-November Ukraine produced 19.898 million tons of steel, down by 10.4% YoY.

Kazakhstan produced 380 thousand tons of steel in November, up by 5.6% YoY (395 thousand tons). In 11 months steel output went up by 7.8% YoY, to 4.179 million tons.

Belarus produced 225 thousand tons of steel, up by 16.6% YoY (235 thousand tons). In January-November Belarus produced 2.298 million tons of steel, up by 13.3% YoY.

Uzbekistan increased steel output in November by 36.4% YoY, to 60 thousand tons (the same in October), and by 2.1% YoY, to 622 thousand tons in 11 months.

Moldova steel output in November totaled 45 thousand tons, up by 50% (the same in October), and 378 thousand tons in 11 months, up by 234.5% YoY.

All in all in November CIS states produced 8.585 million tons of steel, up by 0.8% YoY (8.87 million tons in October), and 93.828 million tons in 11 months, up by 0.4% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
