In January-November Ukraine exported 13.35 million tons of rolled metal, down by 15% YoY.

According to Ukrmetallurgprom, semi-finished wares share increased to 42.3% from 30% in 10 months, while the flat and long rolled metal ratio was 34.1% and 23.6% as opposed to 29.1% and 27%. The decrease of the long rolled metal share is explained with the loss of one of the main manufacturers in Ukraine – Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works, seized by the pro-Russian terrorists on the uncontrolled territory.

The main importers of Ukrainian rolled metal are EU countries (32.7%), Near East (14%) and other European countries, including Turkey (14.4%). (Ukrainian metal)
