Metinvest has become the owner of AG Stal LLC, the manufacturer of welded pipes.
At present the company operates as a pipe-welding shop of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works. All the customers who want to buy AG Stal products are switched to Metinvest.
Metinvest acquired the company last year.
The company initiated its own bankruptcy procedure in 2015. (Ukrainian metal)
