In January-September, according to the customs statistics, Russia imported 438 thousand tons of galvanized steel with polymer coating, up by 8.7% YoY, but down by 0.1% from the 2015 results.
The main supplier was China. Its share was 59%. The average price on Russian border in September was $796.2 per ton.
Kazakhstan’s share was 11%, and the price was $845 per ton.
South Korea comes third with 10.5% and the average price of $1254.4 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
