The Commercial Court of Kiev has ruled that Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine has to pay 2.469 billion UAH of fine and 233 million UAH of 3% interest to Metinvest under the contract on iron ore raw materials delivery dated December 29, 2010.
Together with the debts of Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works, the debt of the Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation to Metinvest amounts to 17.446 billion UAH, which has been confirmed by a number of court rulings. (Ukrainian metal)
