The board of directors of the gold-mining company Nordgold, controlled by Russian tycoon Alexei Mordashov, has approved paying $0.0318 per share, or a total of $10.8 million, in dividends for July-September, the company said in a statement on November 7.
The record date for the dividends is November 10, and the payment will be done on November 23.
“We remain focused on continuing to deliver dividends to the shareholders. In line with our dividend policy, we intend to distribute 30% of normalized net profit attributable to shareholders as dividends on a quarterly basis,” the company said.
The company paid $0.0322 per share or $11 million in dividends for January-March, and $0.0482 per share or $16.5 million in dividends for April-June.
