The arbitrary court of Perm region has settled the amicable agreement between the Kamastal Iron and Steel Works LLC and R-Line Transport Systems.

The latter in July applied to the court to announce Kamastal bankrupt because of its debt of 22.7 million rubles.

Later two more claimants appeared. But during the court session R-Line and Kamastal announced they had reached an amicable agreement, according to which Kamastal would have paid 16.9 million rubles by December. The court has also been provided with amicable agreement with other creditors. (Ukrainian metal)
