The steel ropes of Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works have been used in the construction of the first serial nuclear-powered icebreaker the Sibir of the 22220 project.
BMK has been cooperating with Baltiysky Shipbuilding Works for some 5 years. The company supplies steel rope of various diameters to the works, including with zinc coating.
This year BMK has supplied around 50 tons of steel rope with the diameter of 6-65 mm to the works. (Ukrainian metal)
