In January-June, according to customs statistics, Russia imported 135.4 thousand tons of corrosion-resistant flat rolled steel valued at $291 million, up by 35% and by 50% YoY respectively.

China supplied 26.4% of metal, up by 56.5% YoY, with the average price on the border of Russia in June at $2047 per ton, up by 36.4%.

Taiwan accounted for 18.5% of deliveries, up by 26.5%, with price increasing by 23% over the year, to $1965 per ton. India supplied 11.8% of metal, up by 27.3% YoY at the price of $2420 per ton, up by 21.2%.
