The ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih union has agreed with the company administration on paying for additional vacations.
According to the first deputy chairman of the union Natalia Marinyuk, the text of the order has been approved.
It should be noted, that, according to the current labor legislation, paying for additional vacations to its employees is the right of the company, but not its duty. But the union was able to explain the necessity to provide additional paid vacations to the employees.
The order will come in effect from January 1, 2018 and will be valid through December 31, 2021. (Ukrainian metal)
