In June Chelyabinsk Iron and Steel Works shipped 256.5 thousand tons of metal to its customers via railroad, down by 4.5% MoM and by 5.2% YoY.
Local deliveries accounted for 220 thousand tons, down by 8.7% MoM and by 4.7% YoY, while exports stood at 36.7 thousand tons, up by 32% MoM, but down by 7.7% YoY.
In January-June railroad sales amounted to 1.65 million tons, down by 1.2% YoY. Local sales increased by 9%, to 1.46 million tons, exports fell by 42%, to 193.6 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
