Karaganda hosted the ceremony of the opening of the new refractory works SevenRefractoriesAsia.
Investments in the project totaled 1.9 billion tenge.
This is the first works in Kazakhstan to produce high-quality refractory materials for Kazakhmys, ArcelorMittal Temirtau, KazZinc, etc.
“The construction of the works began in 2015, and the works was put into operation in February this year. Our target capacity is 45 thousand tons of refractories per year”, the company CEO Maxim Glazunov said.
