Omsk Electric-Mechanical Works has processed the first 5 thousand tons of metal structures according to the new technology. Its first customers are the enterprises of the nearby regions of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Last year the company put into operation a newly modernized hot-galvanizing shop.
“We work with our own products, as well as with orders. We can cover with corrosion-resistant plating up to 20 thousand tons of metal structures per year. The whole process takes around an hour and a half, while the lifetime of metal structures increases to 50 years”, the shop director Evgeny Taranin noted. (Ukrainian metal)
