The board of directors of Gaysky Mining and Processing Works, a part of UMMC, recommends paying dividends for 2016 in the volume of 2 billion rubles from the profit of 2016 and undistributed profit of previous years.

In 2014-2015 Gaysky GOK did not pay dividends.

The final decision will be taken at the annual shareholders meeting on June 30.

In 2016 Gaysky GOK received 1.514 billion rubles of net profits, down by 30.7% YoY. EBITDA stood at 1.922 billion rubles, down by 30.6%, sales profits – 3.36 billion rubles, down by 39.1%. The company earnings decreased by 9.4%, to 22.208 billion rubles.

This year Gaysky GOK plans to mine 9.2 million tons of ore. (Ukrainian metal)
