The director of Metiz subsidiary, the general manager of Severstal-Metiz (Russia) Sergey Kovryakov has been elected the chairman of the supervisory board of Dneprometiz.
According to the company statement, Lilia Dubovichenko, the deputy chief accountant of Dneprometiz, has been elected the chairwoman of the revision committee.
The shareholders have also revoked the supervisory board of 4 persons, appointing 5 instead, including 3 from the previous board. Thus Metiz economy director Andrei Ryzhov, Metiz corporate affairs director Vitaly Palabugin and Metiz commercial director Sergey Vinogradov have been reelected. (Ukrainian metal)
