The net profit of the metals producer Norilsk Nickel increased by 47%, to $2.531 billion in 2016, as calculated under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on March 15.

Revenue fell by 3%, to $8.259 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) decreased by 9%, to $3.899 billion. The EBITDA margin declined to 47% from 50%. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
