In 2016 Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works shipped 1135.5 thousand tons of galvanized rolled metal to its customers, which was record high for the company.
The previous record – 1115.7 thousand tons – was reached in 2014.
For the past 15 years MMK has been gradually increasing galvanized rolled metal output.
The development of coated rolled metal meets the goal of MMK to increase the output of the deep-processing products with high added value. (Ukrainian metal)
