The commission of public hearings recommends the mayor of Ryazan to approve of changing the green zone to the industrial zone for the construction of the sheet-rolling shop.
The public hearings on the issue were held on December 27, 2016.
They were initiated by Ryazan Pipe Works. According to the company representative, the territory under question is occupied by a 10-year old dump. (Ukrainian metal)
