In February Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works intends to receive the first metal structures for construction of the new continuous-cast machine No. 4.
“We have already produced and supplied over 1.5 thousand tons of rolled sheet to local manufacturers to produce the structures”, the company CEO Yuri Zinchenko said.
“We have disassembled all the structures on the site. Every day we have some 30 units of large machines working there. Now we’re working on the foundation pit. When the construction enters the active phase, the subcontractors and specialists will be working day and night”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
