In October Ukraine produced 5935 thousand tons of iron ore and concentrate, up by 4.8% MoM, or by 271 thousand tons.
In particular, iron ore output dropped by 10.3% MoM, or by 95 thousand tons, to 823 thousand tons, while iron ore concentrate production went up by 7.7% MoM, or by 366 thousand tons, to 5112 thousand tons.
Sinter output increased by 12.4% MoM, or by 327 thousand tons, to 2962 thousand tons, pellets – by 17.7%, or by 292 thousand tons, to 1938 thousand tons.
In January-October Ukraine produced 62834 thousand tons of iron ore and concentrate, down by 6% YoY, or by 4044 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
