This year Interpipe has been delivering some 30-35 thousand tons of steel pipes to Russia each month.
“We used to sell 10 time more – around 350 thousand tons”, the company economy and finance director Denis Morozov said.
Interpipe is not expecting a considerable increase in exports to USA.
“When the oil price fell, consumption and drilling volumes also dropped. And we don’t see any prospects there. Until drilling intensifies, there will be no increase on US market”, he explained. (Ukrainian metal)
