UMG, a part of System Capital Management, has appointed Dmitry Anufriev the executive director.
“A new position has been created on October 21, that of the executive director. It will be occupied by Dmitry Anufriev, who has previously been heading the strategy department. In his new position he will be responsible for transforming UMG into an investment company, as well as adaptation of its structure and business processes to the new model of the company”, said the press service.
Orest Novoselsky will become the new strategy director, while Sergey Melnichenko will head the commercial division, which will unite sales, procurement, logistics, marketing and trade. (Ukrainian metal)
