In January-August Kemerovo region companies mined 148.2 million tons of coal, up by 9% YoY, with 20.6 million tons mined in August, up by 2.6 million tons YoY.
Output increase has been observed at SUEK-Kuzbass (by 8.8 million tons) and Kuzbassrazrezugol (by 0.5 million tons). On the other hand, Zarechnaya, Yuzhny Kuzbass and Raspadskaya Coal Company saw a drop in output. (Ukrainian metal)
