“We plan to expand our scrap-procuring base in Europe, as the local market is under unfavorable conditions”, said the company CEO Vladimir Bubley.

This year all Ukrainian products of the company are sold on the local market, with Keramet Hungary Kft. and Keramet Polska Sp. z o.o. supplying themselves with raw materials from Europe.

“Scrap prices on the local market are low, so scrap procurement in Ukraine will continue to drop. Due to the lose of exports the market will shrink by 30% more”, Bubley noted.

In 2015 Ceramet received 0.5 million UAH of net profits. (Ukrainian metal)
