In January-July Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works produced 1.2 million tons of rolled metal, down by 15.8% YoY.
According to the company statement, steel smelting dropped by 14.5% YoY, to 1.2 million tons, while pig iron output decreased by 10%, to 1.2 million tons.
In July DMK produced 0.18 million tons each of rolled metal, steel and pig iron.
In 2015 the works rolled metal production decreased by 8%, to 2.33 million tons, that of steel – by 8.1%, to 2.32 million tons, and of pig iron – by 3.7%, to 2.26 million tons, all YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
