As of June 8, importers of pipes to Ukraine have used up 87.04% of the annual quota for the delivery of steel seamless casing and compressor pipes with the diameter up to 406.4 mm.

According to the Ministry of economical development and trade, the quota from October 1, 2015 till September 30, 2016 is 19505 tons. As of May 19, licenses have been received for 16977 tons of pipes. 2528 tons can still be supplied.

Russia has used 99.99% of its quota (licenses for 13863 tons, 2 tons can be supplied), Poland used 34.42% (442 tons and 842 tons respectively), Austria – 93.5% (2672 and 186 tons). Romania (245 tons), Slovakia (199 tons), India (84 tons) and China (56 tons) haven’t used their quotas yet.
