The Ministry of economical development and trade cannot create market conditions in the sphere of ferrous scrap.
“There is no competition on the scrap market today. I have been talking to association representatives for a year. What market could it be, if all the scrap in Ukraine is purchased by 2 people”, said the Verkhovnaya Rada deputy Alexandra Kuzhel.
She believes the ministry cannot cope with its tasks of creating open and clear rules of work. (Ukrainian metal)
