Supervisory board of Dneprometiz has appointed Anatoly Frishman chairman of the board.
According to the company statement, Frishman has been appointed until the next annual meeting of the shareholders. He owns no company shares.
In late March Frishman has been appointed member of the board.
In 2015 Dneprometiz received 60.86 million UAH of losses. The company specializes in low-carbon steel wares manufacture: wire, nails, mesh. (Ukrainian metal)
