Shareholders of Komsomolskoye Mine Group have decided to increase the supervisory board from 1 member to 5.

According to the company statement, Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova and Olga Larina (all of them top-managers at Metinvest Holding) have become members of the supervisory board. They have been elected for 3 years.

At the same time Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) has been dismissed from the board. (Ukrainian metal)
