Rolf Petri of Berlin Relations GmbH has presented the project of coal industry reforming to the Donetsk region administration.
The project demonstrated Ruhr, the largest industrial region of Germany, where coal industry reforming started back in 1960.
The program should start with the evaluation of the real conditions of state and private mines. Rolf Petri asked for help in getting such information.
But Donetsk administration agreed to help only with access to state coal companies, situated in the Ukraine-controlled territories of the region. That is 15 state mines, only 9 of which can work. (Ukrainian metal)
