In 2015 ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih received 1.38 billion UAH of profits.
According to the company statement, its net income totaled 46.26 billion UAH, while capital investments reached 5.17 billion UAH.
“2015 was a very difficult year for mining-metallurgical industry, and our company was affected as well. Rolled metal prices fell by over 50%, while those of iron ore concentrate decreased more than 3 times. Rouble devaluation further worsened the situation. Still, we were able to improve our results as compared with 2014”, said the company CEO Paramjit Kahlon. (Ukrainian metal)
