Zaporizhstal has been decreasing metal output because it cannot buy scrap on the local market.
“Scrap is the most deficient raw material on the local market, even more than coal or limestone. There is no scrap, and we’ve been decreasing output”, said the company CEO Rostislav Shurma. (Ukrainian metal)
