Zaporizhstal has stopped its blast furnace #5 for capital repairs for 45 days.
According to the company statement, the repair costs 107 million UAH. During the overhaul over 5 thousand tons of metal constructions will be assembled at the blast furnace #5. This will allow to decrease heat losses and coke usage when producing pig iron. (Ukrainian Metal)
