The Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine has announced a competition for the office of Selidovugol general director.

The applications are accepted until March 9.

The key task of the new director will be to make the company profitable and create the conditions to put new long faces into operation.

In 2015 Selidovugol mined 1248.1 thousand tons of ordinary coal, down by 2.8% YoY, or by 35.8 thousand tons.

In January it yielded 126.2 thousand tons, down by 2.2% YoY, or by 2.8 thousand tons. (Ukrainian Metal)
