Sberbank Rossii demands Zaporizhstal accounts and assets worth 249 million UAH to be arrested.
The bank wants to get its debts of $10.4 million cleared. A Russian court acknowledged the debt back in 2014 and now Sberbank wants Ukrainian courts to carry out the decree.
According to the bank advocates, Zaporizhstal doesn’t have enough funds to clear the debt. Thus they asked the court to arrest works accounts and assets. (Ukrainian metal)
