In 2015 the average salary at Poltava Mining and Processing Works increased by 20.2%, to 7088 UAH.
According to Ferrexpo statement, this exceeds the average salary in the industry by 51%, and by 49% – that in Poltava region.
Last year PGOK paid 104.7 million UAH of taxes, including 62.8 million to local budget, 17.7 million to the regional budget and 26.2 million UAH to the state budget, as well as 10.7 million UAH of military tax.
In 2015 PGOK exported 11.49 million tons of iron ore pellets. (Ukrainian metal)
