According to the Ministry of economical development and trade, Turkey imposes no antidumping duties on Ukrainian hot-rolled metal.
“Romania, France and Ukraine are not considered sellers of this metal at dumping prices. Thus Ukrainian companies can export their metal to Turkey without any antidumping duties”, said the ministry in its statement.
In January 2015 Turkey started antidumping investigations as to China, France, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
Dumping margin for Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works was minus 3.94% (no dumping at all), and for Zaporizhstal – 1.12%. (Ukrainian metal)
