Zhitomir Administrative Court of Appeals has cancelled the decision of the Zhitomir region council of May 28, 2015, which transferred 4 land plots (95 ha) from the state forest to Mezhdurechensky Mining and Processing Works.
Only the Cabinet of Ministers can give forestlands for minerals extraction.
